Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Cloudifysys for Harbor Seat, Channel Cohort, or Continuum Desk engagements described on our pricing page. Promotional seats funded by a third party may follow that sponsor’s rules instead.

Timeframe

For public Harbor Seat cohorts, you may request a full refund up to 7 days before the first live session. Requests received after that window are evaluated for partial credit only.

Full or partial refunds

Full refunds are available when we cancel a cohort or when your written request arrives within the timeframe above and you have not received downloadable cohort packs. Partial refunds may apply if you withdraw after materials are issued but before the midpoint of live sessions — typically up to 50% of the fee, minus any non-refundable third-party costs disclosed at enrollment.

Non-refundable items

Completed Continuum Desk months, custom diagram reviews already delivered, and recorded recap production fees marked as non-refundable on an invoice are not refundable once delivered.

Refund process

Email contact@cloudifysys.digital with your name, invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request qualifies for full or partial refund.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method when possible, or bank transfer to the account named on the invoice.

Cancellation by Cloudifysys

If we cancel or reschedule a cohort beyond 14 days and you cannot attend the new dates, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra seat fee.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law take precedence where they grant broader rights. Force majeure events may delay sessions without automatic refund if a reasonable alternative date is offered.
